One of the things we did while some of our cousins were in town this month was head out to the county fair.

checking in with one of our favorite animals -- the cows
and when our little guy refused a ride in his stroller, his cousin was happy to take his place and give his feet a little rest
and off we went to see even more animals:
and then a break in the toddler zone
and finally, some carnival games...
and a prize
We tried riding some rides too, but this guy wasn't quite tall enough for all but one ride... and he was less than thrilled when we tried to get him on that ride. Maybe next year. For now, he was just happy looking around and getting treats.
