After our camping trip we spent the weekend at Grandma & Grandpa's house
playing with baby E

working on the computer

mowing the lawn with Dad

while baby E finally got the opportunity to do a little work on the laptop

and then running back outside with the nectarine he stole from Mom

checking to see if baby E needs help with the lawn mower

after all the wet weather on the camping trip, everything needed hung up to dry and air out, and this guy was more than happy to help

okay... so maybe he was pulling things down while Grandpa was putting them up, but that counts, right?

because this guy doesn't completely understand the term "you," he ends up in a lot of funny situations -- when he wanted uncle M to push him on the swing he said, "Push you, swing? Uncle M, push you?" and this is what he ended up with:

but he didn't complain or try to correct him, and eventually he got a turn on the swing again

but it always sort of ends up the same...

and the next day, we had 4th of July fireworks...

He doesn't look to happy in the swing with me...
ha ha he is kinda making a face like "get me outa here." but it is a really cute picture just the same.
I think he was more irritated with having to hold still for the picture.
My kids used to say the same thing, it was one of my favorite terms they would use. At least Matt got a swing out if it and that it what is important here.
Jana, it is always reassuring to be reminded that at least someone has their priorities straight here. He also says "Hold you" but so far no one but the cats have taken him up on that...
